| Independent Legal Advice ("ILA") “ILA” is an important part of entering into a Marriage, Cohabitation, Separation or Parenting Agreement. Even if parties have done all the work of drawing up their agreement using one lawyer or a mediator, that lawyer or mediator will be unable to give independent advice to both parties. That’s when you need an easy way to find and engage ILA for one of you (or both). | $500 (including GST & PST) |
